摘要
本设计是为威海福地办公楼进行施工组织准备和施工方案设计。本建筑为威海福地办公楼,共四层局部五层。总建筑面积4612m2,,。结构形式是钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,基础为桩承台基础。本设计包括编制依据、工程概况、施工平面布置、进度计划及保证措施、各分部分项工程施工方案、劳动力机械设备及周转材料投入计划、季节施工措施以及安全文明生产、环境保护、施工措施等,其中重点为各分部分项工程施工方案等。本次设计完成了横道图,网络图,施工平面图等的绘制。通过本次设计,达到了提高综合运用所学知识进行分析问题和解决实际工程问题的能力。

THE ANIZATION DESIGN OF STATE REVENUE OFFICE BUILDING FOR QI DONG COUNTRY
ABSTRACT
The content of design is preparations for anizations and the construction programs for the office in Weihai. The building is the office of Weihai, a total of four floors and Local four-story. The total area of the building is 4612m2 , the height , the fifth floor of part of the building is structure is the framework of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure and the foundation is independent. The design include the basis of establishment , project overview ,construction deployment,construction schedule,construction program,construction anization and management of construction site,construction quality control measures,measures to ensure the safety of construction,guarantee period measures,civilization construction and security measures. The stage of this design has pleted: network, Gantt Chart,the construction of the floor plan. It can improve the ability prehensive utilization know ledge to analyze and solve the engineering practice problems.
