第一步:安装LMTools,选择通过注册文件获得授权,,复制crack文件夹下所有的文件到安装路径。这跟以前版本安装基本一致。
1) install "license_server_setup\"  and use "license_server_setup\" as license file
2) copy *all* files from "license_server_crack\" to the license server install-dir replacing existing ones (yes, especially the lic file - the moronic sent the ARC/INFO feature to oblivion *argh*)
第二步: 运行LMTools。装好LMTools之后不要重起,点击运行,如同之前的版本,可是下边就不一样了,之前版本运行LMTools时的设置是最关键的,修改license电脑名称,选择license,保存,启动,停止,再启动,确保正常,ok,讲的很详细。可是这个readme中什么都没有,只说运行LMTools,安装软件,疑惑中还是就这样直接安装了arcmap。
3) start the license-server (you may have to logout/login to make it work)     
4) install the application
第三步:复制data_interop\。
5) copy "data_interop\" to  "install-dir\Data Interoperability Extension"
第四步:运行程序—〉arcgis——〉Desktop Administrator,点击Software Product,选择ArcInfo (Floating),点击License Manager,选择localhost,点击Availability,选择ArcInfo Desktop (Floating)。至此,一切按照说明安装完毕,唯一仍存疑问的是说明上说可以看到很多license选项,而自己只看到一个。
6) start "Desktop Administrator" and
   * "Software Product": choose "ArcInfo (Floating)"     
   * "License Manager": change to "localhost"
   * "Availability": select "ArcInfo Desktop (Floating)",
