How Should Parents Help Children to Be Independent?

     During recent years, parents in growing numbers are seeking to do all the things and matters for the children. Some help their kids to do cleaning at school while others even do the homework for the sons or daughters. Some experts also predict this situation is likely to continue in ing years.
    Undoubtedly, there are at least two reasons accounting for such a disgusting phenomenon. In the first place, some parents consider their sons or daughters are too young to do their own matters. Therefore, they would rather do the kids’ things themselves. In the second place, the society does not punish or criticize the parents who rob the role of children. And the society does not encourage the practice of independence for the kids.
    From my point of view, I am bitterly against such a trend and some positive measures are needed to be made to help the children to be independent.
