Construction of Coal Eco-Industrial Park Based on the Theory of Circular Economy

Abstract: Mining and utilizing coal resource has polluted and damaged the ecological environment. It will be the best choice to control coal mining and bring coal enterprises into the circular economy system which would realize the coal enterprises’ sustainable development. Based on the theory of' circular economy, treating cleaner production as the core technology and depending on coal resources, the Coal Eco-Industrial Park whose content was industry and mull: products was constructed.

1 Introduction
Coal resource accounted for over 70% in the one-time energy structure in China. Coal industry is bearing economic development, social progress and national rejuvenation of the historic mission. But the traditional coal mining and utilize will normally affect ecological environment more serious adverse effects. Moreover, the past one-sided pursuit of productivity and economic benefit at the expense of prehensive social development and environmental efficiency. How resources and environmental factors integrated into the process of economic development, reform the traditional economic growth and development model. Coal enterprises need to solve the important problem and forward-looking.
