摘要: 近几年来,随着船舶业的快速发展、造船吨位和厂房的不断扩大、企业的快速现代化等等,船厂防火防爆也日以收到严峻的挑战。死亡人数的不断上升,经济的巨大损失,火灾、爆炸事故占据着各类事故的榜首。然而,生产场所依然存在着大量易燃易爆的材料和隐约可见的诸多隐患,时时刻刻威胁着人们的安全。对于如何识别隐患,消除隐患已成为企业和人们厄待解决的问题。而火灾、爆炸预防和控制技术和安全管理也日益成为船舶修造中重要的安全手段。

The death toll has been rising, the economy's a huge loss,Fire, explosion accident occupy the top of all kinds of , there still exist the production site of inflammable and explosive materials and faintly visible many hidden danger of every hour threatens the safety of the people. For how to identify hidden danger, remove the hidden danger has e enterprise and his people to the problem. And fire, explosion prevention and control technology and safety management is also an increasingly important in ship building security means.

引言
近十年来中国造船业在全球市场上占得份额越来越大,造船厂不断向着大型化、现代化发展。然而,船厂修造过程之中事故频发,其中,火灾和爆炸事故最为惨重。火灾、爆炸事故往往造成了大量的人员伤亡和巨大的经济损失。
船舶修造过程中,客观上存在的易发生火灾和爆炸事故的不安全因素:一是易燃易爆物质多,修造船舶需要使用大量的乙炔和氧气,设备的运行和维护方面需要用到大量的燃油和润滑油,尤其是修造油船时,舱壁由于长期运油形成了深厚的油垢,在动火作业时极易引发爆炸和火灾,涂装作业使用大量的油漆和含油材料,在周围空气中形成大量的混合爆炸气体;而是船体结构复杂,狭小、密封舱室多,再加之通风不畅,易于可燃易爆气体的聚集,埋下安全隐患;三是作业人员之间不协调,大面积的交叉立体作业,各工种人员只专注自己所要做的事而不考虑是否会影响到其他人的安全,电线乱扯,电路绝缘老化,
