Summary of the Course:
The course introduces the basic theory, knowledge and managing skill, in which the public expenditure and revenue is the kernel. It mainly includes the concept and functions of public finance, the scale and structure of public expenditure and revenue, basic theory of taxation, basic theory and scale of national debt, national debt market, managerial system of national budget, fiscal deficit, fiscal policy and fiscal issues in the open economy. The course aims to help students learn the basic theory of public finance so as to build good base of future relevant course learning.
