电梯远程监控系统数据采集器硬件设计开发
摘要
实现电梯远程监控系统数据采集器设计的目标,能综合测量数据并以多种方式传输。本课题采用传感器采集电梯运行数据,通过微处理器进行非常态数据分析,经由GPRS网络传输,局域网传输与485通讯传输多种方式实现电梯故障报警、困人救援、日常管理、质量评估、隐患防范等功能。
本文以电梯远程监控系统数据采集器发展情况和现状为课题背景,论述了数据采集器硬件的开发过程,主要完成课题中设计。首先介绍了数据采集器的硬件框图。其次,介绍了每一部分的电路图的功能和电路图。另外,本文还介绍了STM32F107VCT6对于采集的数据进行实时采集、自动存储、即时显示、即时反馈、自动处理、自动传输。同时还介绍了用于传输控制的MAX3232,DM9161A等芯片。本文最后提出了设计中的一些不足之处和对今后的一些要求。

Design of Remote Elevator Monitor System Data Collector
Abstract
The goal of the thesis is to design a data collector of remote elevator monitor system, enable it to transmit data through different methods. This topic is based on the scientific research project “remote elevator monitor system ", using sensors to get data, then send them to CPU to analyze, transmit data through GPRS, , wireless LAN. Users could use these data to evaluate the quality of the elevator.
This thesis introduces the hardware design of wireless remote elevator monitor system with the background of measuring embedded system; plete the design of hard ware design in the subject. Firstly introduces the current development of remote elevator monitor system. Secondly, this thesis introduces the overview of the data collector and the detail of each part. Then, introduced the method of using STM32F107VCT6 to analyze, store, display and transmit real-time data. Then introduce some important chips, such as 24LC02B, MAX485, DM9161A. At the end of this thesis, some suggestions and improvements are stated.
