摘要
电梯在国民经济和生活中有着广泛的应用。电梯已成为重要的运输设备之一。国内传统的电梯控制是由继电器、接触器构成的。它不仅存在着可靠性差、成本高、故障率高等缺点,而且在层数增加时,配线变化给制造及安装带来诸多不便。用PLC实现对电梯电气系统的控制。大大的提高了系统控制的优越性,降低了成本,减小电气控制系统的的故障率。
该课题的设计任务利用可编程控制器(PLC)进行货运电梯的电气控制,该课题的设计思路是采用逻辑控制原理,根据控制的要求和电梯自身的运输规律,响应随机的外部呼叫信号。经过设计分析,选用三菱FX2N型PLC实现货运电梯电气控制系统的整个程序设计的过程,并主要阐述了三个方面:系统的控制要求、系统配置、软件设计。本系统的核心控制部分采用的是软件程序控制,从而在保证电梯正常运行这个要求的情况下,大大的提高了电梯故障检查与维修的方便性和容易性,同时还克服了手动操作所带来的一些人为干扰因素,取得了良好的预期效果。
