摘要
本文主要介绍了一种发动机气门质量在线检测系统,分析了气门质量检测的国内外现状,探讨了产品的市场开发背景,对系统的基本原理、结构设计以及各个子系统,如输送系统、上料系统、尺寸检测系统、密封性检测系统的主要功能都作了详细介绍,论述了各个系统的设计过程。
本文研究成果及主要工作包括:首先,通过对比和分析完成了对输送系统、上料系统、尺寸检测系统、密封性检测系统的选择与设计的基本思想和开发思路;D相机的应用对系统的准确度有了很好的控制,并且无需与工件接触,避免的工件的损耗;最后,对系统的各个组成机构进行了整体一致性地分析和控制。该系统具有精度高、速度快、稳定可靠、操作简单等优点,配以前后工位的流水线,能适用于自动化生产,提高了企业的劳动生产率和产品合格率,具有较高的应用价值和良好的市场前景。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces a kind of engine valve online quality detection system, analyzes the present situation of valve quality inspection at home and abroad, discusses the product market development background, basic principle of the system, structure and design of each subsystem, such as the transportation system, feeding system, size detection system, the main function of sealing detection system it is introduced in detail, discusses the design process of the system.
The results of this research and the main work includes: firstly, through parison and analysis of pletion of the delivery system, feeding system, size detection system, sealing testing system selection and design of the basic ideas and development ideas; secondly, the application D camera system on the accuracy of a very good control, and without to avoid the loss of contact with the workpiece, the workpiece; finally, the overall consistency of the analysis and control of ponent agencies. The system has high accuracy, fast speed, stable and reliable, simple operation etc, with before and after the station of the line, can be used
in automatic production, improve the labor productivity of enterprises and the rate of qualified products, has a high application value and good market prospects.

气门简述
气门的作用是专门负责向发动机内输入空气并排出燃烧后的废气。从发动机结构上,分为进气门(intake valve)和排气门(exhaust valve)。进气门的作用是将空气吸入发动机内,与燃料混合燃烧;排气门的作用是将燃烧后的废气排出并散热[12]。
