微气候环境模拟实验室用温度控制系统设计(19字以内)

摘要:针对近地层微气候环境模拟室实验室温度场模拟需要,设计温度控制系统。根据温度控制系统的特点和恒温、变温的控制目标,采用二段式控制方式:在远离设定值时采用Bang-Bang控制;在接近设定值时采用自校正控制,其中,恒温控制时,仅考虑自校正控制,进行动态轨迹控制时,引入迭代学****将优化的设定值分段加在系统上。结果显示,采用的二段式控制策略,能够提高系统快速性。特别是变温控制下,实际值能够跟踪期望轨迹,提出的控制策略可以改善系统动态响应,提高控制精度。实现温度的有效控制,达到了预期目标。

Abstract: A temperature control system is designed for the surface layer micro-climate environment simulation laboratory. According to the control target and characteristics of the temperature control system, two control strategies are adopted: Bang-Bang control when actual temperature is away from the set value and the self-tuning control when actual temperature is close to the set value. For constant temperature setpoints, only the self-tuning control algorithm is used.
