餐饮空间设计——“天水莲”餐厅设计
摘要
“天水莲时尚精致餐厅”是以中餐为主的现代为主题的餐厅。经过深思熟虑后我设定以“荷”为主题元素,贯穿整体“荷”寓意纯洁、高贵,并蕴涵了“出淤泥而不染,濯清涟而不妖”的精神气节。设计强调建筑与室内空间手法的延续,意图通过抽象化的提炼描绘其意境,体会出健康与自然的气息。室内以荷花池为中心展开布局,以重点衬托到周围的块与面的关系,打破原本方形结构,赋予了空间的节奏韵律。为了更好的体现室内的宁静与独特的品质,我们对室内色彩关系进行条理的分析和配置,让各界面的变化简洁且具有自然的过渡。
室内的灯光我们强调重与轻的分布,意在呈现空间的虚实与主次,营造餐厅幽雅的氛围。设计用材讲究冷与暖的对比以及刚与柔的搭配,让室内的每个角落无不透露着餐厅的精细和时代感。

Dining space design —“TianShuiLian” restaurant Design
Abstract
"Day lilies elegant restaurant" mainly serves the modern themed restaurant. After over in one's mind after I set to "charge" for the theme, through the whole "charge" means pure, noble, and contains "the silt but don't dye, Qinglian Zhuo without demon" spiritual integrity. Continue design emphasizes building and interior space technique, intended to describe its artistic conception through refining the abstraction, experience the health and the natural breath. Room in the Lotus Pond as the center layout, based on the contrast to the surrounding block and the relationship, to break the original square structure, gives the space of rhythm. In order to better reflect the indoor serenity quality and unique, we analysis and configuration method of indoor color, make changes in the interface is simple and has a natural transition.
Indoor lamplight we emphasize the distribution of heavy and light, to the actual situation and the primary and secondary space, create a restaurant elegant atmosphere. Design of timber stress cold and warm contrast and rigid and flexible collocation, make indoor each corner is disclosing the restaurant fine and sense of the times.
