THE RESEARCH OF SUPPLIER QUALITY EVALUATION
SYSTEM OF SVW
ABSTRACT
The automotive industry needs large-scale coordination. The large
number of parts suppliers is one of its major characteristics. Due to the
quality of parts ponents having a direct impact on the whole
enterprise of the final product’s quality, the management of parts supplier
quality plays the most important role in Shanghai Volkswagen’s quality
assurance system. Comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the quality of
the parts suppliers is the foundation and guarantee of this work.
First of all, this article provides an overview of the current status and
development in the automotive industry and introduces the supplier quality
management and the evaluation of the relevant theoretical basis for research.
From the current status of Shanghai Volkswagen supplier’s quality
management, the article analyzes the inadequate of pany’s existing
supplier quality management system and puts forward proposals and ideas for
improvement. To optimize the existing supplier’s quality management, based
on AHP and KPI, the article proposes a methodology for optimizing the
quality ability evaluation and quality performance assessment of suppliers.
And the article collects a large amount of data to verify the latter’s
optimization effectiveness based on correlation analysis. In order to further
improve the accuracy and usefulness of the evaluation of the supplier’s
quality management system, the article creatively takes the quality risk
indicator which is based on the failure model into the quality evaluation
system, and creates three-dimensional supplier’s quality evaluation model,
and designs working model which can apply to Shanghai Volkswagen's
working procedures, and use specific cases to verify the val
