【摘要】
动态网页留言板是一种电子便签管理系统。用CGI或其他脚本语言办些的网络应用程序。留言板分为两种形式:开放式和秘密式,开放式留言板是指所有(注册/不注册)用户都可以发布留言并且查看其它用户留言。秘密式留言板是指任何用户都可以发布留言,但只有管理员用户通过输入用户名和密码登陆后才能查看到留言,除管理员外的其它用户都不能看到其他用户的留言。留言板给用户提供了一个较为方便的交流平台,用户在留言板上可以实现留言编辑,发布,查看等操作。这为企业与企业,企业与个人,个人与个人之间提供了一个良好的沟通渠道。

【Abstract】
Dynamic web message board is an electronic signature management system. Using CGI or other script languages do work applications. Message board is divided into two forms : open and secret ceremony, open message board refers to all (registered / non-registered) users can see other users by voice mail and voice mail. Secret-message board means any user can issue voice mail, but only managers users through user names and passwords of landing can check voice mail account, in addition to other managers, users can see other users of the message. Message boards to provide users a more convenient platform for the exchange of users in the message boards, voice mail can be achieved editing, publishing, access, etc. operations. This enterprise-to-enterprise, business and individuals, between the individual and the individual provides a good channel munication.
