摘要
在中国,按有关部门的预测,老年人口到 2050 年将由现在的 亿上升到
亿,届时几乎每四个人中就有一位老人。
之不顾吗,我国老年人权益保障法的颁布实行从法律上保障了老年人的合法要求,老年
建筑的兴建也是维护老年人合法权利的必然产物。同时,老年人涉及千家万户,老年住
宅室内环境艺术的设计,必将提高和改善老年人家庭的生活质量,促进家庭和睦、社会
稳定。
本文选择居住建筑室内环境空间作为研究对象,主要是针对这个日渐庞大的特殊群
体的个性化的需求展开的。通过科学的实际调查和合理的数据分析,切实了解广大老年
人的居住环境状况和他们对居住空间的具体需求,从建筑学、环境行为学、人体工程学
以及老年学的基本理论出发,结合其它相关理论和已有研究成果,系统性地探寻适应不
同城市老年人需要的住宅室内空间环境的设计模式、量化标准,并针对存在的问题对居
室的改造和设计提出合理、可行的方案。
文章通过介绍全球老龄化进程和我国老龄化现状以及老年人居环境状况,指出建设
适宜于老年人行为特征的住宅是改善和解决我国老年人居环境问题的根本。在分析老年
人生理、心理以及行为特征的基础上,将城市老年人住宅环境作为研究切入点,通过对
适合老年人居住特征的空间环境、配套设备等分别进行探讨分析,提出适宜于老年人的
居住室内环境设计应以老年人为核心,创造适应性、针对性、多样性、无障碍性以及可
持续性的环境。

Abstract
Based on the field of environment and Art design, especially the requirement of the
elderly. The study also involves the characteristics of traditional Chinese family institution and
the variance of the elderly settlement pattern. Further more, it use a lot of data from the
diagnoses on the habitation and requirement of the elderly. The thesis can be regarded as the
author’s response to the present necessitous conditions of the elderly settlement. China is the
biggest aging population country; the foreground must be very difficult.
This paper chooses the interior environment of the old people in Chinese city as the
research object. It is proposed to connect the real requirement of old people and interior. It
finds out the condition of old people’s living place and their requirement of that by scientific
survey and proper data analysis. Adopting the basic theory of architectonics, environment
behavior science, cosmetology, genomics, other related theory and research works, the paper
is in search of the design model and quantity standard of the house environment that are
suitable for the old people in different city and also present reasonable and feasible scheme for
the rebuild and design of toilet to solve existent problem.
