摘要
为了有效地管理医院大量的医疗信息,迫切需要开发一套有效的医院信息系统(Hospital Information System, HIS)。医院信息系统是以医院财务为基础、以病人为核心设计的,建成后的系统将成为覆盖全院,综合医院各部门医疗、财务、人事等方面信息及全院综合信息的医院信息管理系统。本文分析了医院对系统的需求、医院信息系统的信息构成和信息分类,提出了医院管理信息系统总体模块化的设计原则,对系统进行总体设计进行了探讨,并实现了信息系统的部分模块。首先是分析了整个医院信息系统的信息主线,将它大体分为管理信息、病人信息和费用信息等信息三类,根据这些信息的数据流图将信医院信息系统划分为门诊管理子系统、药品管理子系统、住院管理子系统和院长查询子系统,并给出了建立该信息系统的网络拓扑结构;然后并对各分系统及其子系统的功能逐级进行介绍和分析,并利用VB开发平台实现了管理子系统的部分模块。

Abstract
In order to effectively manage Hospital of medical Information, urgently need to develop a set of effective Hospital Information System (,) Hospital websites System. Hospital information system based on hospital financial taking patient as the core, the design, the system will pleted, comprehensive hospital offering covers each department, finance, personnel of medical information and aspects of students-prehensive information of hospital information management system. The paper analyzed the demands of system, hospital of hospital information system of information and information classification, puts forward the general hospital management information system for modular design principle, the overall design system is discussed, and realize the information system of the module. The first is the analysis of hospital information system, the information management information, it can be divided into such information and information of patients, according to these three information data flow chart of the information to the hospital information system for outpatient management subsystem, the drug management subsystem, hospital management subsystem and President inquiry sub-system is presented, and the information system establishment work topology structure, Then each subsystem and its subsystems were introduced, and the function gradually, and using VB development platform achieved the management subsystem of the module.
