溢流阀的逆向设计及三维实体仿真
摘要:逆向工程技术是当今先进制造技术热点之一,能缩短产品设计和制造的周期。
直动式溢流阀一般用于低压小流量系统。通常在使用的过程中溢流阀会有振动和噪音,进而容易使液压系统出现振动及压力不稳定,影响机器正常工作。溢流阀的逆向设计及三维实体仿真将对直动式溢流阀进行结构分析,进行逆向设计,深入了解逆向设计的思维。用逆向工程的专业设备对溢流阀进行数据测量,分析所测数据。并总结了逆向工程技术的数据采集方法,采用三坐标测量机对直动式溢流阀进行了实际测量,对获得的测量数据处理。利用Proe建模软件,构建了直动式溢流阀的模型,研究了重建模型的方法,并实现了溢流阀的运动仿真。对直动式溢流阀的结构改进。改善了直动式溢流阀的整体性能。更加充分地继承原有产品的优势,继而实现理论和实践上的创新。

Overflow valve reverse design and 3 d simulation
Abstract:Reverse engineering is one of the hot spot of today's advanced manufacturingtechnology, can shorten the cycle of product design and manufacturing.
Straight moving type relief valve is generally used in low pressure small flow system. Usually in the process of using the overflow valve will have vibration and noise, and easy to make the hydraulic system in vibration and pressure is not stable, affect the normal work of the machine. Overflow valve reverse design and three dimensional simulation of straight moving type relief valve structure analysis, reverse design, a thorough understanding of reverse design thinking. Using reverse engineering professional equipment to overflow valve data measurement, analysis the test data. And sums up the reverse engineering technology of data acquisition method, using three coordinate measuring machine has carried on the actual measurement to straight moving type relief valves, to obtain the measurement data processing. Using Proe modeling software, constructs the model of straight moving type relief valves, studied the method of reconstruction model, and implements the overflow valve movement simulation. Straight moving type relief valve structure improvement. To improve the overall performance of straight moving type relief valve. More fully inherited the advantages of the original product, and then realize the innovation of the theory and practice.
