摘 要
医院管理信息化是提高医疗效率,获取医疗、教学、科研第一手资料的重要途径。近年来,随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机信息技术在医学领域得到广泛应用,其中医学信息系统经过长时间的发展,技术逐渐完善,应用在各大医院, 成为对医院的医疗质量、技术水平、管理水平综合评价的重要依据。本文分析了医院信息系统的构架,基于一个小型中医院,开发了性能良好的医院信息系统, 对医院的门诊、住院、电子病历和药房进行管理,实现医院的无纸化办公,提高医院工作效率,发现医疗过程中有价值的信息,促进医疗事业的进一步发展。
本文的主要工作如下:
(1)分析了国内外医院信息系统发展的情况和现状,以及医院信息系统的重要意义。引入医院信息系统能很好的帮助医院管理层提高工作效率和医疗水平, 更好地保存和利用医疗数据,并从中获取有用信息,为管理者决策提供参考依据。
(2)分析了现有医院信息系统的主要构架方式,包括客户端/服务器
(Client/Server,简称:C/S)结构向浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,简称:B/S) 结构模式,提出基于 B/S 结构的医院管理系统的研究方向。本文针对的是国内中小型医院,根据其对医院管理信息化的要求,基于 Web 的 B/S 结构在搭建上方便快捷,各层结构相互独立,浏览器形式的访问界面使操作过程更容易。
(3)基于 UML、ASP 和 SQL Server 数据库技术设计和实现了医院信息系统。其中以门诊管理子系统、住院管理子系统、电子病历子系统、药房管理子系统为重点分析了该医院信息系统的需求分析、总体实现。
(4)讨论了医院信息系统的进一步发展方向,利用医院信息系统中存储的数据,更好地为提高医疗质量服务。

Along puter sicence develops rapidly, computing and information technology has been widely applicated in the area of medicine. Among them, Hospital Information Systems are necessary applications puting and information technology in medical domain. Hospital information systems can directly show the imformations of medicine, teaching and research, and also provide a basis for judging the levels of medical treatment, technology and management. Inspite of hospital information systems maintaine a rapid development, there are still some problems.
Electronic medical records drug management and drug management are two important parts of a hospital information system. In this paper, we design and implement a hospital information system based on data mining technology for a small-scale hospital. By employing this hospital information system, people can manage electronic medical records and drugs, excavate potential useful imformations, and raise working efficiency.
Considering that hospital managements are needed to be made informatization in our hospitals, we propose a hospital information system based on data mining technology. In addition, software architecture is beginning to turn into browser/server (B/S
