【内容提要】专利战略是我国企业应对国际知识产权竞争的重要战略,然而目前我国企业在专利战略的基础理论、应用水平都比较落后。本文首先介绍了企业专利战略的含义、内容及其重要作用,然后通过对IBM、NOKIA及海尔的专利战略进行分析,提出我国企业在面对国外竞争对手的专利攻势时应当如何应对。
Patent strategy is an important strategy of enterprises in China to cope with international intellectual petition. However, up to now the basic theory and application level of patent strategy of enterprises in China are relatively backward. This paper firstly introduces the meaning, content and important role of enterprise patent strategy. Then, based on the analysis of the patent strategies of IBM, NOKIA and Haier, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to react when enterprises in China are confronted with petitors' patent offensive
