谐振功率放大器匹配网络设计与制作
摘要:谐振功率放大器可分为有源器件、输入回路和输出回路三个部分,而输入和输出回路中含有直流电源和匹配网络,其作用是为有源器件提供所需的直流偏置并实现滤波和阻抗匹配。谐振功率放大器都要采用一定的回路形式,使其输出功率能有效传输到负载。这种使外负载与谐振功率放大器最佳要求相匹配的网络称为匹配网络。如果谐振功率放大器的负载是下级放大器输入阻抗,应采用“输入匹配网络”或“级间耦合网络”;如果谐振功率放大器的负载是天线或其他终端,应采用“输出匹配网络”。输入匹配网络的作用是自前级放大器或信号源区获取最大的激励功率;输出匹配网络是保证放大器的输出功率有效的加到负载上。
