某型飞机零件高强钢30CrMnSi焊接工艺的研究
摘要:30CrMnSi低合金高强钢以其优异的强度特点,在航空领域广泛地用来制造机翼接头、起落架、发动机架、压气机叶片和压气机盘等重要零部件,本课题研究的是某型飞机零部件高强钢30CrMnSi的焊接工艺研究。现代航空飞行工具结构十分复杂,随着飞行速度的增加和保证飞行的安全,要求航空飞行工具所用材料强度高、刚性大、质量轻、耐腐蚀能力强,因此制造工艺随之复杂化。通常飞机的零部件的连接方式主要包括焊接、机械连接和胶接这三种连接方式,而焊接工作量又居三大连接技术之首。一架先进的飞机有数百米焊缝和上万个焊点,但焊接作为重要的连接方式又存在着许多危险与不足,如果重要的工作焊缝失效,将产生灾难性的后果。因此对飞机重要零部件所用的30CrMnSi钢焊接工艺的研究是有用和十分必要的。对其焊接工艺的研究,有助于采取优化的焊接方法及焊接措施,从而提高焊接质量及生产效率。
针对飞机零件的用途及其使用性能的要求和使用的材料选取合适的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊前预热和焊后热处理的措施以及防止氢致冷裂纹的措施。从而达到尽量减小焊缝脆化、热影响区的软化、冷裂纹和热裂纹的倾向及热影响区的结晶偏析所引起的热裂纹的倾向。从而提高焊接接头承受静载荷和冲击载荷的能力,保证飞机的正常飞行安全。本课题选用钨极氩弧焊焊接方法焊接2mm厚的30CrMnSi钢板,主要研究实验方法为金相分析实验和显微硬度测试,用以研究焊缝成分及焊接热影响。

The research on the welding process of the high-strength steel 30CrMnSi in a certain type of airplane’s parts
Absract: the low-alloy and high-strength steel 30CrMnSi,is widely used in aviation to make some important parts of the airplane(such as the wing joint、the landing gear、the launched frame、the blade pressor and the roulette pressor etc.)。The research of welding technology of the high-strength steel 30CrMnSi in a certain type of airplane’s parts is made in this paper。considering plex of flight tools’ structure in modern aviation and the increase of air speed and the flight safety,the materials of flight tools are asked to be high strength、big rigidity、light quality and nice in corrosion resistance。So the process of manufacture is ing more and plex。Usually the connections of the parts of plane mainly include three ways。They are welding、mechanical connection and cementing。However the workload of welding is the biggest among the three ways。An advanced plane usually have hundreds of meters of weld and tens of solder joint。But welding,an important way of connection,still has many dangerous and ing,which will produce disastrous consequences if the weld were failure。So the research on the welding process of the high-strength steel 30CrMnSi is very useful and necessary。The research on welding process can increase the qua
