Abstract
Private equity fund refers to the public way to select investors to raise, have certain fixed number of year of the term, to the unlisted enterprise equity investment, and through the capital and value-added services to foster high quality enterprise, finally by means of listing, merger,
repurchase and the capital appreciation of the funds. Including equity funds, industrial investment funds, venture capital funds, etc all kinds of securities investment fund. Promote the healthy development of private equity investment and carries on the effective regulation, organization form is one of the first need to consider the problem. Explore the private equity market development model of the core problem is how to construct a realistic and anization mode of private equity investment.
