航空发动机工装快速设计系统信息管理分析.docx

摘 要
航空发动机工装的设计周期和制造质量在很大程度上决定了其产品的设计周期与制造质量。在发动机工装的设计制造过程中,工装设计人员经常需要反复手动翻阅设计制造手册、规范等文件,如果可以将工装设计过程中涉及到的相关信息,包括设计规范、工程师的设计经验、设计准则、成功解决的范例等整理归纳总结并存入数据库系统,方便工装设计人员使用航空发动机工装快速设计系统进行发动机工装设计时对相关信息的查看与借鉴,为实现工装的快速设计提供服务,这对于提高工装的设计效率,缩短工装的设计制造周期有着相当重大的意义,同时也提高企业在市场上的核心竞争力,使企业处于行业的领先地位。
本文的主要研究内容如下:
1. 根据航空发动机工装快速设计系统对工装设计过程中相关信息的实际需求,研究了航空发动机工装快速设计系统中工装相关信息(包括:典型工装组件和模板的三维模型、二维缩略图、三维动态图 JT、技术文档、设计任务书等等),以及工装快速设计系统相关信息的分类、获取、搜索等相关技术。在对 Oracle 9i 研究的基础上,确定了工装设计模板及相关信息的存储方式,同时研究了从数据库中存取某些大型二进制对象的算法,并实现了由数据库中快速存取该大型二进制文件。
2. 研究了航空发动机工装快速设计系统信息管理的结构及其安全性,通过严格的用户权限管理保证了信息管理数据库的安全;同时结合装配树的深度遍历算法对工装设计模板及相关信息的克隆复制进行了研究,提出了基于日志文件的工装设计模板的克隆复制算法。
3. 开发了基于网络的客户端/服务器结构的航空发动机工装快速设计系统的信息管理,实现了工装相关信息的添加、检索、删除、修改、浏览、克隆复制以及用户管理等功能,信息管理已在航空发动机工装快速设计系统中实现,并为工装的快速设计系统提供信息支持服务。

Abstract
The aircraft engine tooling design cycle and manufacturing quality largely determines the quality of products - the engine design cycle and manufacturing quality. During the aircraft tooling design and manufacturing period, designers often need refer to the manual of design and manufacture, specification and other documents, if the design documents and related information including design specification, engineers design experience, design criteria and so on can be summarized and stored in the database system to facilitate the tooling designers to view and learn. This is very important to improve the efficiency of the tooling design, to shorten the tooling design and manufacturing cycle, to enhance pany petitiveness on the market, and to pany as a leading position in the industry.
