GSM信令分析设备研制及GSM网络优化的研究
摘要:
信令分析设备是网络维护优化的一个平台,包括三个子系统:信令分析设备硬件平台、信令采集软件(信令提取软件相当于低层,信令解释软件相当于高层)和网络维护优化参数的提取。其中,信令分析设备的硬件平台和信令采集软件合起来就是一个信令采集设备。本文讨论了研制GSM信令分析设备的必要性及其应具备的基本功能,并提出了一种实现方案。在此基础上设计和实现了信令分析设备的硬件平台和信令提取软件。信令分析设备的基本功能满足广东移动通信局在运营过程中的实际需要。其硬件平台设计和软件设计是在对GSM移动网的网络结构和信令过程的研究的基础上提出的。文章也讨论了涉及到仪器实现的若干重要问题并给出解决方法。所有的这些问题都是在实践中遇到的,其解决方案也是在实践中得到了验证。
网络的维护和优化必须有相关参数作为参考。文章提出了一些涉及网络维护优化参数的概念,给出了用于GSM网络维护优化的若干参数,并在对网络结构和信令过程研究的基础上,给出参数的提取途径、提取算法、软件的数据结构、软件系统组织和输出数据文件的组织。参数的提取是以信令采集设备为平台和在采集到的现场信令数据分析的基础上实现的。通过对现场场采集的数据进行处理,其结果基本反映了网络行为和用户的行为,对网络的维护优化有参考价值。现正在研制的GSM监视系统,是参数提取的一个典型的应用,现在已取得了阶段性的成果。
GSM信令分析设备作为GSM移动通信网维护优化的平台,被清华大学电子工程系在国内率先研制成功,已经通过了广东移动通信局的鉴定,并开始在广东省GSM移动通信网得到应用。该仪器满足GSM系统的测试接口规范,具有低成本高性能的特点。在正常情况下,在连续4小时的测试中,其丢包率为0,优于国外的同类产品。

Abstract:
The paper gives a description of the implementation of a GSM signaling analyzing instrument, which is divided into three subsystems---the hardware platform, signaling gathering software and the extraction of the parameters of the maintenance and optimization of works. The solution of the whole system, the hardware platform design and gathering software design are presented on the basis of the research of work architecture and signaling procedures. The article also supplies the resolution of the problems involved in the instrument implementation. The instrument meets the test interface requirements of work and possesses the low cost. The loss rate of signaling messages reaches 0 in 4 hours under normal condition and is better than the foreign substitute in the market.
The extraction of the parameters of the maintenance and optimization of works covers the notions, the extraction points, the extraction algorithms, data structures, software system architecture and anization of output data files.
