连云港金喜食品有限公司财务分析
摘要:随着市场化进程的推进,财务分析已经成为企业一项重要的管理活动。合理有效的财务分析,能够帮助管理者更加好的了解企业的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和现金流量状况,合理评价企业经营业绩,便于奖优罚劣,提高管理水平,促使经营活动按照企业价值最大化的目标运行。本文包含四个方面内容。第一章为绪论,介绍研究背景及意义、方法及内容和文献综述。第二章为财务分析概述,介绍了财务分析的内涵、方法及其局限性。第三章为金喜食品财务分析,包括对该企业的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力的分析以及运用杜邦分析与财务综合绩效评价对该企业进行综合分析。第四章是为改进金喜食品财务状况的对策,从偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力四个方面提出对金喜食品的改善对策。

Financial Analysis of Lianyungang Jinxi Foods Co.,Ltd.

Abstract: With the boosting trend of marketization, financial analysis has e a momentous managerial activity for enterprises. By adopting the method of financial analysis rationally and effectively, the administrators will better grasp their enterprises’ debt-paying ability, operating capacity, profitability and cash flow, thus making their enterprise operation heading toward the target of enterprise value maximization. This paper has four parts. The first one is introduction, which describes the background and significance of this article while the second part reviewed the related theory of financial analysis third part is the core part of this paper. In this part, use Lianyungang Jinxi Foods Co.,Ltd. as the example, it gives an analysis to pany’s financial index. As an including, the forth part puts prehensive evaluations and suggestions to pany's financial position.
