GYZ-10/26调节润滑油站是一次风机叶片角度调节装置和一次风机轴承润滑装置的重要组成部分,由泵站、控制阀组、油管路等部件组成。其功能如下:A:为一次风机叶片角度调节装置的调节油缸提供合适的压力油源,B:为一次风机轴承润滑装置提供低压油源,低压系统的安全压力由溢流阀10设定,高压系统的安全压力由溢流阀30设定,高压系统工作压力由一次风机叶片角度调节装置控制;泵站安装在靠近风机的基础上,调节油缸安装在风机调节装置上,泵站高压油用管道连接到调节油缸上,低压油用管道连接到风机轴承装置上,连接管道采用卡套式胶管。

Its functions are as follows: A: supplies adequate pressure oil for the regulating oil cylinder ['silində] of vane [vein] angle ['æŋgl] regulating device of primary air fan; B: supplies low pressure oil for bearing lubrication device of primary air fan. The safety pressure of the low-pressure system is set by overflow valve 10, the safety pressure of the high-pressure system is set by overflow valve 30; the working pressure of high-pressure system is set by the vane [vein] angle[‘æŋgl] regulating device of primary air fan. The pump station is installed near to the base of the air fan, and the regulating oil cylinder[‘silində] is installed on the air fan regu
