随着全球经济一体化,中国加入WTO之后,服装行业竞争日益激烈,服装作为中国的一个传统手工行业,又是中国经济的支柱产业之一,所以研究服装行业的管理问题有着深刻的意义。由于服装生产订单的特性小批量、多品种,而且产品的交货期很短,所以特别凸显订单生产排期的重要性。因此,对于订单型服装企业如何能够更加合理地制订生产计划,既能够满足不同客户的个性化需求,又能够充分利用企业现有产能,就成了企业现阶段急需解决的关键问题之一。
本文研究的是订单排期计划,论文的数据来源主要是HL常IJ衣公司的实际运行数据,利用数学模型来研究生产排期的实际应用课题,目前大部分服装企业的订单生产排期基本是靠人工经验和简单的EXCEL电子表格来做订单排期计划,虽然很多企业运用手工排期能满足一些客户订单交期的需求,但是这样花费大量的人力、财力、物力,而且经常排期与实际不相符,导致很多问题不能及时控制,最后影响客户的产品交货期。所以我们运用PERT计划评审理论和线性规划原理,并利用Project软件来分析企业的计划和订单排期,用该工具来辅助企业做生产排期管理,使资源最大化分配,满足客户需求,按时保质交货等。
本文主要内容包括绪论部分即阐述论文研究背景及研究意义;接着探讨了生产计划和订单排期的类型和发展状况及其相关理论;介绍订单排期管理方法,并且介绍了如何运用PERT模型的排产方法:然后分析HL伟I]衣有限公司的背景和业务流程: 最后对订单型的服装企业订单排期问题进行深入研究,并利用Project的各项约束条件的基础上,提出了更优化模型订单排期模型,并将HL带IJ衣厂的生产计划和订单排期数据导入PERT模型仿真实验,同时进行网络计划优化分析。
