——由三鹿集团破产倒闭引发的思考
摘 要
企业社会责任(CSR)是 20 世纪以来凸现于法学、经济学、伦理学、社会学及管理学等诸多学科领域的一个重要概念和焦点问题,是目前经济伦理学或企业伦理学研究的核心问题之一,备受社会各界的普遍关注。
本文对企业社会责任的概念、国内外企业社会责任理论的产生和发展作了整理和分析,在这基础上阐述了我国企业承担社会责任的理论依据以及企业社会责任内容的四个方面,即经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和自发责任,进一步分析了我国企业承担社会责任的必要性,指出了目前我国企业履行社会责任存在的问题和原因,提出促进我国企业履行社会责任的对策建议,重点引入通过安排责任保险更好地承担企业社会责任,最后通过对一个典型案例的分析总结,突出企业履行社会责任的重要性。

Abstract
Since the 20th century Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been an important conception and focus issue in law, economics, ethics, sociology, management science and other subjects, it is one of the core issues of the current economic ethics or business ethics. which is of the great concern in the public.
This article gives a theoretical analysis on the concept and development of CSR interiorly and abroad. Based on that, theoretical foundation of CSR is introduced and the four aspects of CSR, namely economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility and self- responsibility, are presented , further analyses the need for corporate social responsibility. This article also points out the current situation and the reason for the lack of social responsibility of Chinese enterprises, and proposes solutions to corporate social responsibility in China. It is important to assume corporate society responsibility by introducing liability insurance. The importance of CSR is displayed through a typical case study .

作为“航天乳饮料及乳粉”惟一合作伙伴和全国惟一“航天乳饮料”专业生产企业,河北三鹿集团曾是国内最大的奶粉生产企业,其生产的三鹿奶粉则是国内第一批获得“免检”的奶粉,是中国的名牌、免检产品。然而,正是有着如此耀眼光环的企业和产品,在神州大地上制造出了让一千多个家庭流泪的悲剧。据不完全统计,截至 2008 年 9 月 17 日 8 时,“三鹿奶粉”安全事故已导致全国 6244 名婴幼儿患病,158 名发生肾衰竭,
