环境样品库的建设与管理

摘要:介绍了瑞典环境样品库的特色管理经验,包括对内分工明确、对外合作密切、长期监测与特色研究项目相结合、重视数据的管理与积累、坚持对外开放等,并由此对新建长江环境样品库的运行管理,提出了明确定位、细致规划、加强队伍建设和对外合作、坚持长期监测与特色研究相结合、加强环保展示教育等几点重要建议。
