非剐体运动和结构分析的关键技术研究: 摘要
摘要
非刚体运动和结构分析是计算机视觉的一个重要研究方向。如何很好地从图像中恢复非刚体的运动和结构信息一直是一个未很好解决的问题。
本文首先研究了非刚体特征点的对应问题。提出了一种基于形状匹配的卡通运动捕捉算法。不同于以前基于骨架模型或者关键形状表示的方法,作者用整体仿射运动和局部非仿射变形的组合来表示卡通人物的运动,用卡通人物的轮廓表示它的形状。然后直接对相邻的关键帧进行形状匹配,将恢复的运动参数映射到一个目标人物上,使其具有与原来人物相同的运动方式。
然后,本文研究了一个非刚体问题的子问题:运动分割。提出一种基于子空间聚类的鲁棒性运动分割算法。通过引入新的相似矩阵,特征点能被映射到一个低维子空间中, 并在这个子空间中用光谱图聚类方法聚类。通过计算一个相关的马尔柯夫转移矩阵的较大特征值相对于边权重变化的敏感度,大大提高了分段常数特征向量条件。这使得分割算法对噪声不敏感。
最后,本文提出一种基于核空间聚类的图像分割算法。通过把图像上的每个象素映射到相似度量定义的核函数空间中,每个象素在核函数空间中的映像可用支持向量来表示。利用支持向量计算出数据的最小包围球。属于同一球内的数据归为一类。这种方法的优点是,既不假设类中数据点的分布,又能找到分割的整体最优解。类的数目由高斯核函数的宽度参数控制。

This dissertation addresses some key techniques of nonrigid motion and structure
analysis It mainly focus on correspondence of nonrigid points and its application in cartoon
motion capture,multi—body motion segmentation.
