改良剥扎断桥缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床分析.docx

提要
目的观察改良剥扎断桥缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,介绍一种治疗环状混合痔的新的手术方法。方法68例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组30例,治疗组以改良剥扎断桥缝合术治疗,对照组以传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察术后疗效、病程、并发症及其它等临床资料。结果治疗组与对照组相比,其疗效、疗程有显著性差异(P<,P<),治疗组优于对照组:治疗组病例术后出血、水肿、疼痛程度、排尿障碍、切口延迟愈合、肛门狭窄等并发症明显少于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<);但两组术后感染、复发情况及术后肛门功能评价无显著性差异(P>)。结论改良剥扎断桥缝合术,具有疗程短,痛苦小, 并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Object i ve:To observe the therapeutic effect of improved external dissect and internal 1igation with skin flap bridge operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed a new operative
