数控玻璃异形磨边 CAD /CAM 系统开发

摘要:为了解决玻璃异形磨边加工中质量及效率低下的问题,开发了数控玻璃异形磨边 CAD /CAM 系统。该系统可以针对玻璃加工中特殊工艺要求,完成从图形绘制到磨边及抛光代码的自动生成。通过使用遗传算法获得了玻璃加工最优路径;通过采用圆弧进退刀工艺,圆满地解决了玻璃磨边中结刀疤问题;通过抛光预补偿算法,大幅度提高了抛光效果。实践证明该 CAD /CAM 系统能够很好地满足玻璃异形磨边的要求,可以大幅度提高加工质量。

Abstract: CAD /CAM system was developed to solve the bad quality and low efficiency C irregular glass grind. This system can p rovide p rofile draw ing, grind & polishing G code output with the special technology request in glass machining. The op tim i2 zation C path was acquired with ic algo rithm. The p roblem of join scar in glass grind was solved with arc feeding and arc retracting. W ith p pensation in polishing, a good polishing effect was acquired. The p ractice p roves that CAD /CAM system can fully satisfy the requirem ent of glass grind and can imp rove the machining quality in the followed ap
