Abstract
This paper summarized the research status of removing acid gas by membrane
absorption at home and abroad, the principle of membrane absorption and mass transfer
process. The existing theoretical knowledge was used as the basisfor carrying out study
of removing H2S in the biogas by membrane absorption.
Firstly, selecting hollow polypropylene fiber membrane contactor as absorber,the
influence of single factor on desulfurization efficiency and its reason were studied. The
results show that the desulfurization efficiencies of positive process and countercurrent
flow are better than that of opposite process and current flow. When the liquid flow is
less than , the desulfurization efficiency of upright slightly larger than that
horizontal, while the liquid flow rate is greater than , the change trend goes in
the other direction. With same concentration of NaOH, Na2CO3 and MDEA solution,
thedesulfurization efficiency of NaOH is the biggest. The desulfurization efficiencies
increase along with the increase of liquid flow, which is over 90% at least, but decrease
with the increase of gas flow. Considering the energy consumption and the heat
