摘要
随着互联网络的普及,。无源光网络(PON)无需机房和电源,共享光纤, 节省大量的光纤等特点,在未来的接入网中PON将起到重要的作用。
,本论文简单介绍了传统的发射和接收模块,介绍了突发发射模块的性能和要求,主要对突发接收模块尤其是交流耦合模式的接收模块进行了分析。
本论文建立了交流耦合突发模式光接收模块的仿真模型,分别对单个功能模块进行了性能仿真分析:建立了光电二极管(PIN)模型,分析了影响PIN性能的各个参数,给出了较为理想的实际参数;对跨阻放大器(TIA)进行了描述和建模,仿真了相同信号速率下,不同带宽TIA对信号的影响以及噪声特性;最后, 讨论了限幅放大器(LA)的性能。
在仿真模型的基础上讨论了交流耦合模式突发接收模块的的性能,主要是接收模块的动态恢复时间,误码率,灵敏度,动态范围等性能,讨论了模块的耦合电容,噪声以及接收信号的速率对模块性能的影响。

With the development of ,various kinds of services are transfen-ed in the ,which results in larger demand in bandwidth of works(PON)has the many strongpoints,For example PON doesn’t need electrocal source and save a lot of fibers PON will play an important role in
works in future.
Convemtional receiver and convertional transmitter arc not suitable for PON because of PON’S character,It is necessary to design receivel‘and transmitter which to types of receiver and transmitter are called bm’st—mode
receiver and paper introduces convertional transmitter and introduces
the difference between the convertional transmitter and Burst—mode transmitter,then
introduces burst_mode receiver especially the AC_coupled burst mode receiver.
This paper sets up a emulational model for AC_coupled burst—mode receiver module and analyzes the character of every block of the module:sets up PIN’S model and analyzes PIN’S character;sets up Transimpedence Amplifier’s(TIA) model and simulates it’S characters including bandwidth,noise The Limiting Amplifier(LA)is alse discussed in this paper.
the character of AC_coupled burst_mode receiver module includes dynanaic
recovery time,bit error rate,sensitivity and dynamic paper discusses the influence of the coupled capacitance,noise and bit rate of received signal to the receiver module.
