摘 要
本文首先介绍了农药使用状况以及静电对靶施药技术中的静电技术和目标探测技术在国内外的研究状况,在此基础上,经过分析比较,结合国家“十五”科技攻关和江苏省农业攻关项目——《高效施药技术与机具研究开发》、<高效低污染施药技术及装备》提出了使用红外光电探测系统作为目标探测系统,使用高压静电电源增加喷药雾滴各项性能的设计方案。
接着,论文介绍了静电对靶喷雾机中的喷雾控制系统,其中包括:整机行走控制、目标探测系统控制、喷雾阀开关控制、静电高压电源设计、人机界面的设计等等。详细介绍了红外光电探测系统的软硬件设计和自制的实验用静电高压电源的设计.
最后,文章对所设计的控制装置做了~些实验研究,例如:目标的探测领域、荷质比的测定、雾化性能测试、喷雾距离的测试等等,并在实验室进行了植株模拟试验。实验结果表明,使用静电对靶喷雾装置,可以细化雾滴,提高雾滴的沉积性和穿透性,增加植株上的农药量,有效改善农药浪费的状况。这一结论在现场试验中得到肯定。因此, 在自动对靶喷雾机中使用该套静电对靶控制装置是可行的,有效的。

ABSTRACT
This paper firstly introduces applying status of pesticides and researches both in home and abroad on the techniques of electrostatic and object detecting in the electrostatic target is adopted parison based on the first introduce and analyze and
combination with projects of Nation S Fifteenth’’and Jiangsu Agriculture that employing
infrared photoelectric detecting system as object detecting system in this problem and design projeet of using high-voltage electrostatic power supply to increase various performances of droplets.
Spray control system of electrostatic target sprayer is secondly presented and it includes control of sprayer movement,objects detecting system and spray valve’S on—off,also includes design of high-voltage electrostatic power supply and man—machine design of hardware and software of infrared photoelectric detecting system and high-voltage
electrostatic power supply in electrostatic system is introduced in detail.
Experimental research on control device is mentioned here at as,measuration of charge-mass rate and field of objects’deleting,pulverization performance and spray
plant-simulating test is done in results ofexperiments show that using
device of electrostatic target spray Can atomize droplets,improve deposits and rations of droplets,increase pesticide drops on plants and better situation of pesticide waste in effect.
The result is confirmed in fields
