With the development of botll society and technology,informatization has gradually stepped into diversified fields,in which information and data are received and processed with information clients or management the field of human resource management,it is the main trend to improve management methods,integrate human resource through
information technology,and accelerate integrated exploration of human this
information time,the prospering of human resource management theories is imposing new
challenges to the traditional ones in China university human resource
management system,which is of immediate necessity and importance in introducing informatization to university human resource management,is expected to promote university human resource ,the nature of universities denies direct utilization of human resource management software,and demands tailored informatized management
