Brief Introduction
The purpose of this form is to obtain information from the reader.
There are two kinds of Inquiries: general inquiry and specific inquiry.
General inquiry: catalogues, price lists, samples or some other reference materials
Specific inquiry: price, specifications, discount, quantity, terms of payment, date of shipment, etc. in regarding some definite goods
Inquiries should be brief, specific, courteous reasonable and to the point.
The answer to inquiries should be prompt, courteous and helpful.
In case the goods inquired for are currently out of stock, the supplier should inform the inquirer when they will be available and, by taking this opportunity, introduce some other products as substitutes so as to create a good impression, which hopefully will result in more business.
