——-客户关系管理系统分析与设计
摘要
随着经济的全球化和网络化成为世界经济发展的必然趋势,以及公司之间的竞争日趋激烈,客户成为企业之间争夺的焦点。客户关系管理(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)系统作为一种新型的客户关系管理系统应运而生。本文在分析客户关系管理起源与应用现状的基础上,从应用研究、实施中的误区与发展趋势三个方面对客户关系管理研究进行整理,并且归纳了每个方面的研究特点。理论研究,着重分析了小额贷款客户关系管理中的应用影响及发展,实施中的误区则是着重于CRM在战略和变革中的影响;发展趋势的特点是与新的管理理念结合,产生具有鲜明的客户关系管理。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the economic globalization work , and increasingly petition between panies , customers e more and more important of petition Relationship Management (CRM) system as a new type of Customer Relationship Management system arises at the historic paper analyzes the origin and application of customer relationship management, based on research from the application, implementation and development trend of misunderstanding customer relationship management research three aspects of consolidation,and summarizes the characteristics of each research research, analyzes the microfinance,customer relationship management application and impact of the development, implementation Mistakes are focused on the impact of CRM strategy and change in;trends characterized by bination of new management concepts, generating a distinctive customer relationship management.

引言
客户关系管理起源于西方的市场营销理论。进入20世纪90年代,随着知识经济时代的来临和信息技术的广泛应用,企业营销理念和策略发生了深刻的变化。在企业提高销售、营销和服务等日常业务的自动化和科学化的需求拉动,与计算机、通讯技术、网络应用飞速发展的技术推动下,客户关系管理应运而生。回顾客户关系管理的产生与发展,国内外学者与企业做了大量工作,本文试从国内外研究现状、应用研究、实施中的误区与发展趋势来梳理客户关系管理的相关研究。
