摘要制造基础信息管理是用来记录产成品以及其构成子配件之间相互关系的。通过整理扩充制造基础信息,减少公司内外的各种费用以及各种管理工时,从而降低各种间接费用。
此外,将制造基础信息传递给开发设计部门,有助于产品设计的改善,从而最终降低产品的成本。
制造基础信息并不能产生直接的效果,但它提供了每一个应用程序所必须的数据来源。以上几个影响广泛的效果,也可说是制造基础信息起的间接作用。

ABSTRACT Design Engineering is used to define the relationship between product and ponent parts. By the feedback from DE information to Development Department, it can start production simplification since Design stage, this will implement munization of parts, reduce parts point number and simplify assembly, thus achieve the purpose of reducing total cost including material, equipment and processing.
To arrange and extend DE information by this, and decrease all kind of Man Hour Control that spent in-house and outside, therefore reduce indirect expense. Moreover, the feedback of concerning product from DE information to development department can help to improve product designing, and finally reduce the product cost.
DE information control does not produce a straight effect, but it supports various applications as the database and it must be in the operation. Therefore, above-mentioned extensive effect can be said as the indirect function of DE information control.
