B/S架构企业应用软件开发
摘要软件针对中小企业的实际情况进行订制开发,可以切实可行的解决企业传统办公存在的问题。本毕业设计根据企业的需求,订制开发了一套基于企业实际情况的管理信息系统。
传统办公中,信息以纸张,口头话语的形式存在,分散的信息需要集中的管理和共享。当组织跨越多个地域时,交流沟通变得困难,通讯成本提高。为了解决这些问题,本系统设计了按部门进行操作,各个办事处通过网络以该系统为平台进行数据的交流和共享,系统自动对数据进行更新、排序、汇总、查询,并可生成报表导出到EXCEL,便于数据存档、查询和打印。系统包括销售管理、财务处理、库存管理、用户管理和系统设置五个功能模块,分别实现不同的功能,使企业各个部门能够协同工作,以达到提高工作效率、减少出错率和节省人力的目的。
系统采用B/S(Browser/Server)架构,系统维护只需对服务器进行设置,客户端使用简捷方便;代码采用ASP+SQL Server进行编写,技术相对成熟,便于扩展和维护。

Summary Software development based on the actual conditions of small and medium-sized enterp
rises, can feasiblely settle the existing problems. This graduation project has ordered and developed a set of the management information system based on enterprise's actual conditions according to the demand of enterprises.
While handling business in tradition, information is the form of the paper or oral words, scattered information needs centralized management and sharing. When crossing over a lot of regions in anization , it es difficult to exchange municate, munication cost is raised. In order to solve these problems, this system has been designed and operated according to the department, each office regard this system as a platform carry on interchange and sharing of datum, being automatic to carry on to data newer , arrange in an order , gather , inquire about. system can produce report forms as EXCEL files, it’s convenient to keep in the archives or print. The system includes selling management , financial affairs dealing with , stock control , user's management and system setting up, five modules realize different functions separately, enable each department of enterprises to work in coordination, in order to achieve and improve working efficiency , reduce the making mistakes rate and purpose to save manpower.
