摘要:随着中国旅游业规模不断扩大、高速发展,从而使得旅游数据信息量呈爆发式的增长,目前旅游数据已经构成了一个丰富海量的巨大信息空间。对于普通游客,由于很多潜在的旅游者的时间和精力都非常有限,他们往往花费了大量的时间成本去选择旅游目的地,然而旅游目的地的真实情况难免与网上有出入,这种情况不但会严重影响旅游者的满意度和出游计划,还大大增加了旅游者的出行成本;对于景区管理者,由于旅游产业给地方政府和企业产生了庞大的经济价值,因此及时有效地监控景区服务管理的水平对提高景区形象有重大意义。本文对以百度旅游网站为例的在线评论数据进行数据挖掘,为游客提供景点推荐和相关查询的功能,为景区管理者或旅游管理部门提供景区形象分析和相关查询的功能。
