摘要
进入新世纪以来,信息技术广泛渗透经济和社会的各个方面,人们的生产方式、生活方式以及学****方式正在发生深刻变化,全民教育、优质教育、个性化学****和终身学****已成为信息时代教育发展的重要特征。面对日趋激烈的国力竞争,世界各国普遍关注教育信息化在提高国民素质和增强国家创新能力方面的重要作用,纷纷出台战略规划和采取重大举措加快教育信息化发展。现如今国家高度重视教育信息化建设,尤其是教育管理信息化建设,为提高自身的教育信息化建设程度,迎合大众的教育发展趋势,以高校同乡会为客户群体,开发一套行之有效的同乡会管理系统。
研究了同乡会管理系统的现状和未来发展趋势以及 Java、JSP等一些技术的特点以及流行Web开发整合框架S2SH的原理。基于 B/S模式的同乡会管理系统主要包括登录注册、会员信息管理、活动信息管理、留言管理、投票信息管理、活动综合评比内容,在对该系统设计时进行了业务流程分析和实体联系分析,并且建立了相应的数据库,针对具体的功能设计了相应的前台页面,构成了整个同乡会信息管理系统。

In the new century, IT widely infiltrated in all aspects of economic and social development, People of production, lifestyles and learning styles are undergoing profound changes, EFA the Quality Education, personalized learning and lifelong learning has e an important feature of the information age education. Faced with Increasingly intense of petition, widespread concern of education information around the world improving national quality and enhance innovation capability areas has important role in the country, all of them have introduced strategic planning and take major initiatives to accelerate the development of educational information. Nowadays the country attaches great importance to the information technology of education, Especially the information technology of education management, to improve their own level of education information construction, catering to the development trend of public education.
This paper describes the Townsmen association management system now status and future trends, as well as the characteristics of Java, JSP and other technologies and popular Web development integration framework S2SH's principle, the main purpose to introduce these technologies is in order to design and development of a based on S2SH framework of Townsmen association management system better.
