摘要
随着时代的发展,科技的进步,自动变速器的种类越来越多,技术愈来愈先进。自动变速器具有操作容易、驾驶舒适、能减少驾驶者疲劳的优点,已成为现代轿车配置的一种发展方向。装有自动变速器的汽车能根据路面状况自动变速变矩,驾驶者可以全神贯注地注视路面交通而不会被换挡搞得手忙脚乱。
课题对自动变速器的基本结构与工作原理及常见故障维修进行了研究,自动变速器是汽车传动系的组成部件之一,在汽车行驶过程中,驾驶员为了适应路况要需要的不段的更换挡位,使汽车平稳的行驶,增加驾驶的舒适性。本课题主要分析的是汽车自动变速器的基本原理和在汽车上经常出现的一些故障,以及解决这些故障的对应方法。
自动变速器的常见故障的维修主要是从故障现象、故障原因和排除方法这一思路展开的,通过AL4型变速器的故障实例,介绍了自动变速器如何检修和维修时的注意事项。进行自动变速器故障的探讨,正确认识自动变速器故障,更好的使用和维护自动变速器。

Abstract
With the development of The Times, the progress of science and technology, more and more kinds of automatic transmission, more advanced technology. Automatic transmission with easy operation, comfortable, can reduce the driver fatigue advantages, has e a modern car configuration of a development direction. The car can be equipped with automatic transmission based on road conditions, automatic transmission torque drivers can be absorbed in watching road traffic and not get overwhelmed by shift.
Subject to automatic transmission of the basic structure and working principle and maintenance are studied, automatic transmission is car ponents, automobile driving in one process, in order to adapt to the driver to need not road tests, the change of smooth, increase the car fort. This subject mainly analysis is the basic principle of the automatic transmission and the bus often appear some fault, and the corresponding methods to solve these faults.
Automatic transmission mon failures of maintenance, fault fault phenomena mainly from exclusion methods and ideas of this type of transmission fault AL4 through examples, and introduces how to repair and maintenance of automatic transmission of attention. Automatic transmission fault, correct understanding of automatic transmission fault, better use and maintenance of automatic transmission.
