薄板拼接的CO2气体保护焊工艺研究
摘要
Q235钢又称作A3板,综合力学性能较好,强度、塑形和焊接性等性能良好。CO2气体保护焊焊接方法获得大量的研究升级,具有很多的优点。
单面焊双面成形操作技术具有焊后焊缝双面成形,且成形整齐均匀、外观良好、焊缝质量符合要求的各种优点,但是,有局限性是此技术是电弧焊中较难掌握操作的一种焊接操作。
本文以分析Q235钢的化学物理、机械性能开篇,然后对CO2气体保护焊焊接方法进行阐述,再后对单面焊双面成形技术结合进行操作实验分析,最后以阐述焊缝组织特点和检验焊缝质量的方法结束。焊接过程做到尽量控制、减少缺陷的出现,焊接参数的优化选择是关键。
开展实验是用开好V形坡口的,6mm Q235钢板,选择CO2气体保护焊方法焊接,施以单面焊双面成形操作技术。

Abstract
Q235 steel, also known as A3 plate prehensive mechanical properties, good strength, shaping and welding performance. CO2 gas shielded welding welding method to obtain a lot of research to upgrade, has many advantages.
One-side welding of forming technique has a double-sided forming after welding, and forming and tidy uniform, good appearance, the weld quality meets the requirements of a variety of advantages, however, have limitations is the technology in arc welding is difficult to grasp the operation of a welding operation.
Based on the analysis of chemical physical and mechanical properties of Q235 steel, and then expounds the CO2 gas shielded welding welding methods, then the operated in one-side welding of forming bined with experimental analysis, finally to elaborate the weld micro structure of characteristics and the method of inspection of weld quality. Do try to control welding process and reduce the occurrence of defects, the optimization of welding parameters selection is the key.
To carry out the experiment is to use a good V groove, 6 mmq235 steel, selection of CO2 gas shielded welding method, welding, with one-side welding of forming technique.
