ABSTRACT
With the development of enterprise informatization, more and more modern-enterprises depend on information system. The isomerism of PDM and ERP information system with the core of product structure,which makes the information closed in two "islands" can not interact and share. In the beginning,These information systems increase modern-enterprises development in the process of informatization .However,new they restrict and restrain urgent problem of realizing application integration of PDM and ERP isomerous information system in the manufacturing industry is to be resolved. PDM and ERP are integrated,which eliminats enterprise Information Island, realizes the data synchronization and sharing of isomerous system, optimize business process .
This paper firstly introduces the research background of application status of the PDM and ERP isomerous systems integration , and discusses development trend of integration of both; it also
summarizes, analyzes and studies the related key technology of realizing isomerous system integration, research enterprise integrated technology with support open standards, and research the realization of information exchange and business coordination between isomerous systems. Through the research of isomerous information integration standard system and SOA integration framework, it puts forward schema mapping of database information and integration methods of middleware PDM and ERP isomerous information system faced to service, and introduces the basic principle of work and advantages of the integrated method in detail.
