深圳地铁区间浅埋暗挖隧道穿越建筑物施工技术

摘要: 深圳地铁 2号线蛇海区间矿山法Ⅱ段属浅埋暗挖隧道, 该区间地质条件复杂多变, 地下水丰富, 且隧
道左线需穿越地面建筑, 施工难度极大。以隧道左线太子宾馆段的开挖为例, 介绍了穿越房屋过程中所采用的
爆破控制技术以及袖阀管注浆、洞内深孔注浆、大管棚超前支护等施工措施, 并运用数值模拟对加固效果和地
表沉降控制进行了验证。
