摘 要
本文首先阐述了Agent技术、XML语言、W曲SeⅣice技术的内涵和它们在现今的网络环境中的应用现状和发展前景。在理论方法和技术研究的基础上,
提出了网络求购Agent系统的分布式框架结构与设计模型。通过网络求购Agent 模型的构建,把商品定向搜索、比较查询、排序搜索结果以及完成商品订购等任务交给网络求购Agent自动处理。从而提高客户的购物效率,提升客户服务水平。
基于上述框架模型进一步讨论了网络求购Agent系统的实现手段和流程。以商品查询Agent模块和订购Agent模块为主要研究对象,以XML和W曲 SeⅣice为主要技术支撑,对其设计原理和实现方法做了较为详细地探索。开发出了一个基于电子商务B2C模式下网络求购Agent模拟系统,并且对本系统的运行效果给予了相应地评估和分析。同时,关注了对用户需求的理解、需求信息查准率与查全率的平衡、拟人化的用户界面设计等方面的问题。
本课题来源于国家建设部软科学基金()项目中的电子商务智能 Agem研究的子课题,作者承担了电子商务网络求购系统方面的研究工作。研究成果集中体现在综合运用流行的网络信息处理技术,将Agent思想、wreb Service技术应用于电子商务求购过程的实时处理方式及其流程,以实现客户需求处理智能化、主动化和个性化。可以预见,网络求购Agent系统将具有较广阔的应用前景,其思想内核和技术方法可以作为电子商务系统功能延伸的借鉴。
