摘要
苯警懿攀酸及其繇怒霾要的药谚会残中闻傣。论文着重扶孳羧二乙酯和五鬟化磷的反应产物与苯发擞酰化反应的路线,高锰酸钾氧化苯乙烯的合成路线对合成目标产物苯甲酰甲酸己酯进行了实骏研究。探讨了影响反应的因索和可能的反癍机理。
革酸二己酯与五氯化磷在115℃殷应9 h,从爱威液中蒸馏出二氯乙氧基五黢乙酯,气相色谱归一化法测得纯度为97%,较文献报道的纯度80%高17%。二氯乙氧基乙酸乙酯与苯农二氯甲烷溶液中无水三氯化铝存在下反殿6h~9h得到

Abstract
Benzoylfermic acid and its esters are important intermediates in the manufacture of synthesis of ethyl benzoylformate via oxalylation of benzene and Potassium Permanganate oxidation of styrene were studied in this paper。The influencing factors of the reaction and the possible mechanisms of the reactions were discussed+
Ethyl dichloro(ethoxy)acetate was prepared via distillation of the
reaction mixture of diethyl oxalate and phosphorus Dentachloride at 115
℃for 9 hours and its purlty was determined by GC normalization method to be was 17雏higher than the 1iterature reported value of 8e%. Reaction of ethyl dichloro(ethoxy)acetate with benzene in CH2C12 in the presence of 2 mole equivalent of AICl3 at 0℃for about 6 to 9 hours gave
ethyl benzoylformate in 79。86%pared with the iiterature yield of 20%。The structure position of the product was characterized by GC—MS and NMR spectroscOpy. It was found that ethyl p—ethylbenzoylformate was present in the product in addition to the normal oxalylation product ethyl reaction mechanism and reaction factors were discussed。
