产后疼痛原因分析及护理对策

【摘要】目的了解产后产妇疼痛的原因,为患者提供整体护理。方法根据国际上常用MeGill疼痛问卷法,总结2003年3月~2004年6月,在我院分娩的352例产妇的疼痛情况,分析致产后疼痛的原因,并找出护理对策。结果造成产妇产后疼痛的原因主要有伤口痛(%)、产后痔(%)和乳房胀痛(%)。其疼痛程度主要为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,Ⅰ%、Ⅱ%、Ⅲ%。结论在护理产后产妇的过程中,根据产后疼痛的原因、程度提供护理对策,可促进身心健康。

为了减轻产后疼痛、产妇痛苦,提高母乳喂养率,我院1年多来分析研究疼痛原因,采取相应护理对策,现将结果总结如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料本文352例产妇为2003年3月~2004年6月来我院分娩的产妇,胎龄平均39 +4 周,产妇年龄20~38岁;第一胎足月妊娠分娩者217例、第2胎足月妊娠分娩者135例,其中剖宫产99例,会阴侧切215例,会阴完整38例。
