重钢85t复吹转炉水模实验
摘要进行了85t复吹转炉水模实验,研究了枪位、底吹流量对转炉熔池混匀时间、炉口喷溅量、冲击深度和液面扰动的影响。实验表明,获得最大搅拌能的枪位在50~100mm。枪位在90~110mm时,由射流机械冲击引起的物理喷溅量达到最大。底吹流量对液面扰动的影响,在不同的枪位范围影响规律不同。提出了重钢复吹转炉操作工艺改进参数。

Abstract:The effect of lance level and bottom blowing flowrate on mixed time、spraying、rating depth and level fluctuation have been studied at a bined blown converter by using hydraulic model. Results show that when the top lance level is at the range of 50~100mm the maximal stirring energy is provided to the bath. When the top lance level is at the range of 90~110mm, the spraying caused by top lance rated can be reached the maximal one. The rules of the effect of bottom blowing flowrate on surface fluctuation are different at the varied top lance level. The operational parameters of CISC converter are provided.

1前言
复吹转炉的技术已比较成熟,但由于各厂转炉的具体情况各异,所以仍有许多具体问题需要进行研究,以充分发挥复吹转炉的优势和特点。重钢炼钢厂在采用了复吹技术后,与原有的顶吹比较取得了较好的冶金效果,但对复吹工艺参数的正确设定还缺乏系统的认识。本文通过对重钢85t复吹转炉进行水模实验,研究了顶枪枪位、底吹气体流量对熔池搅拌、炉口喷溅量、冲击深度和液面扰动的影响,为重钢复吹转炉确定合理的操
