摘要
介绍了基于精益生产理论和思想结合焊装车间的具体情况,系统的研究在焊装车间应用精益生产模式的有关问题。精益生产模式基本内容就是及时制造,消灭故障,消除一切浪费,向零缺陷、零库存努力。
提出在焊装车间实施精益生产模式是借用了精益生产思想,在车间运营管理中对车间组织结构、生产的流程的不合理,现场管理的混乱,焊接的质量问题等问题提出了相应的改造方案。在改善方案中应用的到了拉动式生产,5S 现场管理等方法,最终提高了生产的效率,改善了现场的环境,提高了人员的素质及提高了产品质量境地了返修率。

Abstract
This article is welds the load based on the lean manufacture theory and the thought union the special details, system's research in welds the load the application lean manufacture pattern related question. The lean manufacture pattern basic content is the prompt manufacture, eliminates the breakdown, eliminates all wastes, to zero flaw, zero stock diligently.
This article proposed in welded the load to implement the lean manufacture pattern to borrow the lean manufacture thought that in the workshop operation management to the anizational structure, production flow's unreasonable, the scene management's confusion, welding questions and so on quality question proposed the corresponding transformation plan. In the improvement plan the application to the drawing type production, methods and so on 5S the scene management, raised the production efficiency finally, improved the scene environment, improved personnel's quality and raised the product quality region percentage of products sent back for repair.
